We are limiting Elevate Impact and Growth to 20 founders. The work we’re engaging in requires trust, and trust requires an environment that builds the relationships that enable meaningful work.

This application is the beginning of your Elevate journey. The questions are designed to guide reflection and generate useful insights into the relationship between your business's growth and your growth as a leader. Everything shared in this application and throughout the Summit is kept strictly confidential. Participants commit not to share what they learn about each other's businesses or lives without express written permission.

We will review all applications and invite selected candidates to a brief conversation with one of our coaches before confirming participation. That conversation is mutual — a chance for us to understand your goals and for you to assess whether this is the right experience at the right moment.

We are eager to learn about you, your accomplishments, challenges, learnings, dreams, and ambitions for what's next. We are looking for leaders who are achieving success and who can simultaneously hold confidence and humility.
